- 1 Package of noodles.
- 1/2 cup of fresh stemmed and sliced mushrooms.
- 1/4 cup of rice vinegar.
- 3 Tablespoon soya sauce.
- 1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- 1 Tablespoon of grated fresh ginger.
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
Take one large vessel, put vegetable oil and 3 cups water in it.
Add noodles and mushrooms in that boiled water.
Boiled it till 2 minutes.
Then sieved that boiled noodles and mushrooms.
Then Combine vinegar, soy sauce, oil, and ginger in it.Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
